        Graveyard Limousines Terms and Conditions of Service

 

 

Due to the size of the limousines it maybe difficult to drop you directly outside your intended destination, but we will endeavour to get you as close as possible. Please inform us if your collection point/road/street is narrow.

 

Please sign 1 copy of the booking confirmation and return to us at the address provided. These must be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.

 

 

Graveyard Limousines cannot guarantee you entry into any particular nightclub/venue. The management of the club/venue booked, reserve the right to refuse entry, and or implement an entry charge. It is the clients responsibility to adhere to the 'clubs' dress , conduct and entry rules. Terms and conditions of entry  should be obtained by the client, prior to their arrival.

 

 

 

Hire Type 

 

We offer a range of hire options, including a pick-up and return service, a one-way service and a continual hire service. Unless you have opted for a continual hire agreement, other customers may have hired the vehicle before or after the outward or homeward bound legs of your journey. The inside of the car will be cleaned and replenished as necessary between these hires.

 

In the event of a party booking one person must be the client, and accept the responsibility for the members of his or her party. This person will be the only one that the driver will take any instruction or directions from.

 

Graveyard Limousines gives any advice on journey time in good faith and strives to but does not guarantee the completion of any journey in any specific time and will not be liable for any delay or inconvenience caused by the actual time of the journey

 

    It is your responsibility to ensure you have all the relevant information and that all the relevant information in the booking confirmation is correct. Any changes should be made prior to the hire commencement.

 

 

 

 

Code Of Conduct 

 

For safety our limousines carry a strict NO SMOKING POLICY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES IN THE VEHICLE . A stop can be pre-arranged, please let us know in advance.

 

We ask that you keep your FEET OFF THE BAR AND SEAT AREAS

 

Graveyard Limousines WILL TERMINATE HIRE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT if any passenger is found to be smoking in the vehicle ,carrying or using any illegal substance or using abusive/Threatening or language/aggressive Behaviour towards The Driver, Other Passengers or Persons outside the Vehicle and will have the person/s will have to find alternative transport at their own expense .

 

 Altho alcohol is provided (to a certain extent) We ask that you please drink in moderation as any “mishaps” during hire e.g. vomiting,loss of bowl control ,breakages etc will incur a charge (minimum of £100)

 

 

 

Agreed Price

 

 

We are a professional limousine company and do not operate like a Taxi service would, Additional drop offs / pick ups, must be pre booked in advance. Any additional drop offs / pick ups not booked, will be charged at £30 extra per drop off / pickup (subject to drivers approval).

 

The Agreed Price is the price to be paid for the journey as agreed between Graveyard Limousines and the customer. The times, route and other details of the journey are stipulated on the Booking Confirmation. Any requests to modify any of these details should be made to us at least a week in advance of the date of travel,We will endeavour to accommodate minor changes to the customer's requirement, subject to our ability to do so. All bookings will be allowed one FREE amendment. 

 

Any further changes will result in a £15.00 amendment fee.

 

Bookings made within 2 weeks of the date of hire require full payment at the time of booking (unless otherwise agreed by Graveyard Limousines). All outstanding accounts MUST BE SETTLED BEFORE transport begins. Transport will not begin until all accounts are settled(Multiple payment options accepted).

This excludes Sporting.High profile events when the balance is due for payment one month before eg. (Royal Ascot)

The Full balance is required to be paid in full at least 2 weeks before the hire date.

 

Every hire is allocated a free 30 min extension of the hire if needed,anytime after the 30 mins will be charged at the hourly rate.

 

Payment of all overtime charges must be settled before the start of the hire. 

We do not accept cheques, debit cards, credit cards or foreign currency as payment on the day of hire. In the event that payment of overtime charges cannot be made on the day of hire, the customer agrees that the amounts will be charged to the credit or debit card with which the booking deposit was paid.

Airport pick-ups

 

Full flight details help us to give you punctual service. We will make reasonable attempts to monitor incoming flight times, but we are unable to access reliable information until shortly before scheduled arrival times. If your return flight is going to be delayed, you should make contact with the graveyard Limousines transport office on +44(0)7429370286(24-hours) to notify us, so that we can adjust our schedules and rearrange drivers. We will endeavour to accommodate delayed flight times, but cannot be held liable should circumstances prevent us from being able to respond to changes. 

In the event that we are reasonably notified of delays, we reserve the right to make additional charges for subsequent collection. Increased airport security means that we are unable to offer a full 'meet and greet' service at most UK airports. To make detailed pick-up arrangements between you and your driver, please call the Graveyard Limousines office on +44(0)7429370286(24-hours) when you reach the Customs Hall.

 

 

 

Deposit 

 

 

On booking the hire of a limousine, a minimum non Refundable deposit of £50.00 will be payable,

Bookings made within 2 weeks of the date of hire require full payment at the time of booking (unless otherwise agreed by Graveyard Limousines). All outstanding accounts MUST BE SETTLED BEFORE transport begins. Transport will not begin until all accounts are settled.

 

 A small security fee may be levied for stag/hen parties, or large groups.

 

PLEASE NOTE : Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of deposit, 

NO DEPOSIT = NO BOOKING.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Refunds 

Please note that Graveyard Limousines OPERATE A NO REFUNDS POLICY if due to negligence of the client/hirer 

 

High Demand events Such as Royal Ascot,Halloween, operate on a no refunds full stop policy.

Replacements Clients/hirers are accepted in the place of the original Client/hirer who wishes to cancel, If Graveyard Limousines agree to in advance. 

(please notify Graveyard Limousines asap to confirm this arrangement if this happens to be the case)

 

Full refunds (excluding deposits) will be issues to persons who notify us and accepted by us Graveyard limousines with confirmation no later then 3 weeks before the hire date (unless specifically stated otherwise) or the full about will be payable .

 

 

 

Payment 

 

Bookings made within 2 weeks of the date of hire require full payment at the time of booking (unless otherwise agreed by Graveyard Limousines). All outstanding accounts MUST BE SETTLED BEFORE transport begins. Transport will not begin until all accounts are settled.

The Full balance is required to be paid in full at least 2 weeks before the hire date.

All deposits are non refundable.

If your invoice number starts with the letters "HD" then this rule is in force for your booking.

 

 

 

 

 If the hirer cancels or postpones the agreed hire date within 7 working days of the aforesaid hire date, the entire agreed hire sum will be payable.

Additional Charges (Including Overtime) 

 

We are a professional limousine company and do not operate like a Taxi service would, additional drop offs / pick ups, must be pre booked in advance. Any additional drop offs / pick ups not booked, will be charged at £30 extra per drop off / pickup ( subject to drivers approval).

 

Graveyard Limousines are not responsible for any parking charges, entrance fees, bridge tolls, congestion charging etc (although we will do our best to avoid injuring these charges). These are not included in the price agreed unless by prior arrangements. Any and all these costs incurred must be paid by the hirer at the time of hire or will be added/charged to your bill if preferred.

 

Any hire that exceeds the stated time (due to hirer or guests being late) will be charged at the appropriate hourly rate (£50 per hour). You must seek permission from head office to change any part of the hire arrangements. We will collect/return you at the confirmed booking times you have agreed to, any changes are at our discretion and you will be informed of in a timely manner.

 

 

In the unlikely event of mechanical failure, Graveyard Limousines will provide replacement transport, subject to location, and time restrictions. In an emergency, in may not always be possible to provide a replacement limousine.

If the contract is paid by credit/debit card or Graveyard Limousines hold a credit/debit number on file for that client, the client authorises us to charge that card for any costs incurred above.

Un-adopted, unmade, one way, single track, country, and width restriction roads can be a hazard for limousines, we retain the right for the driver to refuse entry into any terrain that he deems unsuitable. Our clients accept that it is their responsibility to make alternative transport arrangements should road difficulties be present.

 

EXTRA TIME HAS TO BE PRE APPROVED WITH YOUR DRIVER/GRAVEYARD LIMOUSINES HEAD OFFICE, IN SOME INSTANCES, WE HAVE OTHER WORK BOOKED, AND TIME EXTENSIONS WILL NOT ALWAYS BE POSSIBLE.

 

Damages 

 

 

 

Although we will take care,Graveyard Limousines accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in the limousine. You are asked to keep your belongings with you. Anything left within the limousine must be collected within 2 weeks. Graveyard Limousines will not pay for transport or postage costs of sending items back to its original owner.

 

 

 

 

For safety our limousines carry a strict NO SMOKING POLICY. A stop can be pre-arranged, please let us know in advance. anyone caught doing so as part of our code of conduct will either be charged a £50 fee or will be asked remove themselves from the vehicle , failing to do so will result in the cancelation of the whole service for all parties included in the booking being banned from future bookings and the party will still be charged their original full agreed amount of hire.

This includes any passenger being unwell a valet fee will become payable, this includes ANY such repairs or any items that needs to be replaced.

 

The hirer is liable for any damage or breakages incurred inside or outside of the vehicle, which is deliberately caused by the hirer ,passengers ,a member of their party or by inciting others part of or external from the hiring party starting from a one hundred (£100) “enforced downtime” fee.

 

 The hirer will be liable for all Graveyard Limousines loses and charges incurred thereafter if the limousine is unable to be used, until the said repairs are completed this includes the full price of any bookings lost or unable to be for filled due to damaged caused by the party .

Cancelations

 

 

Graveyard Limousines reserve the right to postpone or cancel the hire due to severe weather or adverse road conditions or severe traffic congestion.

 

Graveyard Limousines cannot be held responsible for any breakdown/accident delays in the hire journey but will endeavour to either repair or send out a replacement vehicle to continue with the journey, all vehicles are checked before and after every hire to help ensure no mechanical issue occur during hire 

 

All Deposits are non Refundable 

 

 

Lost Property 

 

Graveyard Limousines accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in the limousine. altho you are welcome to leave a few items inside the vehicle while attending said event .You are asked to keep your belongings with you and ensure you take all your personal belongings with you no later then then end of the agreed upon hire termination time.  Anything left within the limousines after hire must be collected within 2 weeks. Graveyard Limousines will not pay for transport or postage costs of sending items back to its original owner it is the responsibility of the original owners to arrange such things.

Grace Period

 

We always strive to arrive at pick-up points in advance of the times agreed. Very occasionally, events outside our control (for example, traffic congestion or bad weather) cause us to be late. In these circumstances, provided we arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, this will be deemed to be within the terms of the agreement, in such cases, and if reasonably practical, we will endeavour to adjust the agreed booking times to make up for the delay, for example by adding a similar time at the end of the booking period.

 

 

Complaints and Services Feedback

 

Here at Graveyard Limousines we take every step we can to make sure we provide the best service we can to you the customer. From time to time things can and very rarely do not go exactly to plan. ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOVE ARE LEGALLY BINDING. BY SIGNING THE CONFIRMATION YOU THE HIRER ARE LEGALLY BOUND TO UPHOLD OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AS YOU THE HIRER WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NON-ADHERENCE OR BREAKING OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
